The most important feature is that your progress, whilst supported by your line-manager, is totally dependent on the speed you want to progress. There’s even carte blanche to tap a senior staff member on the shoulder and ask for half an hour of mentoring on a topic you don’t feel sure about and that can help you better understand or achieve against a core competency.
